The Kaiser Chiefs have been announced to headline XFM Winter Wonderland on Dec 14th 2011, with The Maccabees also announced today on the same bill at O2 Academy Brixton.

Watch elbow Live From Manchester Cathedral TONIGHT

elbow are playing a super special hometown gig at Manchester Cathedral for BBC Radio 2.

If you aren’t one of the lucky ones who got tickets, you can watch on the big screen at Exchange Square in Manchester, via the snazzy red button on tele (point remote towards your digital tv and hit said red button at 9pm tonight and voila, elbow in your living room), or go to www.elbow.co.uk where it will be streamed LIVE. Plus obviously, live on Radio 2.

If that wasn’t enough, the encore will be broadcast live on BBC 6Music from 10pm on Gideon Coe's evening show.

The Maccabees announce new record
